毛燕，琼台师范学院外国语学院公共课教学部主任，在读博士，副教授，海南省高层次人才，2021年校级优秀教师，研究方向为英美文学、翻译理论与实践研究。获国家级、省级和校级教学比赛奖多项。2011年获海南省公共英语青年教师教学大赛二等奖；2020年12月作为第一参与人参与第十一届“外教社杯”全国外国教学大赛（职业院校组）微课组比赛，获省级特等奖、国家级三等奖；2021年作为第二参与人参与“外研社之星”教学大赛大学英语组复赛，获得国家级二等奖；2024年获得校级教学创新大赛文科组二等奖。多次指导学生获得“外研社·国才杯”全国大学生外语能力大赛奖项，主持省级课题2项，参与省级课题7项，发表核心和省级论文16余篇。
Mao Yan, director of College English Department of Foreign Language School, an associate Professor, a PhD Candidate, a high-level talent in Hainan, and a college-rated excellent teacher in 2021, majorly studying English literature, translation theories and practices. She has won prizes in national, provincial and college-level teaching contests, such as the second prize in the 2011 Hainan Provincial Young English Teachers’ Teaching Competition; the provincial special prize and national third prize as the first participant in 11th “SFLEP Cup” National Foreign Language Teaching Competition (Micro-class Group, Vocational College Group) in 2020; the national second prize as the second participant in 2021 “FLTRP Star” Teaching Competition College English Group semi-finals; the second prize in 2024 School-level Teaching Innovation Competition (the liberal arts group). In national and provincial “FLTRP·ETIC Cup” Contests, she has also guided many students to win awards. She has led 2 provincial research projects and published more than 16 core and provincial articles.
